Preventive Strategies:
✅ Promote positive role models and respectful communication.
✅ Encourage equal participation among all learners.
✅ Challenge stereotypes that fuel gender-based or cultural discrimination.
✅ Monitor high-risk areas (playgrounds, bathrooms, hallways).
✅ Keep behavior logs for repeated incidents.
✅ Encourage anonymous reporting.
