Learners can report incidents through several safe and confidential methods:

A. Speaking Directly

  • Tell a trusted adult, such as a teacher, school counsellor, principal, or staff member.
  • You can also approach a peer support leader or representative council of learners (RCL) member.

B. Written Reports

  • Write a statement describing what happened and submit it to a reporting box or the school’s complaint register.

C. Digital or Anonymous Reporting

  • Use the school’s online reporting form, SMS line, or safety app.
  • Anonymous reports are allowed if learners feel unsafe revealing their identity.
