Overview
When reporting, learners should try to include:
- What happened (nature of the incident)
- When and where it happened
- Who was involved, including witnesses if possible
- Whether it has happened before
💡 Note: Learners should never be forced to share more than they are comfortable with — especially in sensitive cases like sexual harassment or abuse.
